John O’Leary is the founder member of the influential blues rock outfit Savoy Brown. A master harp player his stellar career has included stints with John Dummer Blues band (Joanne and Dave Kelly, Tony McPhee), The Famous Blues Blasters with the likes of Bob Hall, Victor Brox, Dick Heckstall Smith, Pete Bardens, & Mainsqueeze with Keef Hartley, Keith Tillman, Eric Bell, and Diane Wood, and even Bo Diddley.

John O’Leary has cut 2 CDs, “Live in Yugoslavia” & “Sins”.

His current Sugarkane band features guitar star Dave Day (Johnny Mars/Dianne Braithwaite), Sherman Robertson bass man Roger Innes and the explosive Wayne Proctor drummer/producer (Aynsley Lister/Ian Parker). Special guest is Sherman’s keyboard player Jules Crudgins.
